New Cancellation Policy

Reserve with a Credit Card

When making an appointment through our system clients will be asked to secure their spot with a credit card. 

Like many spas, we require at least 24 hours advance notice to avoid a service fee and notify our staff.

Appointments can sometimes be forgotten, which is why we send courtesy reminders.

 We will charge the card on file for 50% of the service scheduled, for no-shows or late cancellations.

Early notification will allow us to call clients on our waiting list with any availability and keep our schedule filled.
